• We are managing agents for residential blocks of apartments in London

• We can help leaseholders who wish to collectively buy their freeholds.

• JP Management was registered in 1993 although our chief executive, John Peartree, was involved in property management - both in the UK and overseas - for many years prior to this. As his community work John Peartree serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Private Residents' Association (FPRA). • The pictures are all estates, blocks or houses we manage - some for over ten years. The people are JP Management staff or associates. In addition to the buildings we also manage and maintain garages, lifts, entry phone and video entryphone systems, digital remote door releases and TV systems including cable and satellite. Where required we manage garden and tree maintenance including those with tree preservation orders.

• We are registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an independent firm with regard to insurance. Thus we are not tied to any insurance company and can assist clients on claims.

• We follow the guidelines and standards for managing agents set out by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) www.rics.org.uk

• We are members of a number professional bodies, all of which have strict ethical requirements and require us to abide by their codes of practice. For more details click their logos below.
