we closely manage major works. We issue the section 20 forms

staff as required. Each member of staff has a clear job description.
We encourage the staff to take a pride in the properties we

insurance claims, both for the benefit of leaseholders and
to ensure renewal at favourable rates. We follow the FSA procedures.

for the collective benefit of all, that leaseholders and tenants
comply with their leases.

We employ
where required, on behalf of clients, porters and caretakers
and have a database of experienced contractors and suppliers
of services who, we believe, do good work for reasonable prices.
